When are my items shipped?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. I'm a one man crew, so I ship out once a week. You should receive an email with tracking info. If you don't, email me at [email protected] and I'll dig it up.



What are my options for shipping Domestic(USA) & International (Rest of the World)?

Domestic: First Class Mail
International: First Class International Mail

Timeframe until I receive my shipment?
Domestic (USA): 1-3 days Estimated
Canada: 1-2 Weeks Estimated
Rest of the World: 1-4 Weeks Estimated



I am impatient where is my order?

Please check your tracking information for the "estimated" arrival date. We are responsible for shipping the item and delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If there are issues with the delivery of your item please follow up with the carrier.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Exchange Only. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs requirement of buyer. We recommend shipping with tracking. We are not liable for returned items that were shipping without a trackable option.
