Got a chance to check out the Oakland Museum White Elephant Sale again on the public weekend. The line wasn’t as big Saturday I’m sure but it was still pretty damn long. Even copped some girl scout cookies while waiting. The guy on the far left of the first pic looks ready to beat my camera down. Apparently he’s not a fan of teal greatness. He was a big guy tho, my camera’s chances were slim to none.

Got to check out Fever Dream’s first show last weekend with Jamie♥, Jon, Fabian and co. Our buddy Boice is the drummer. They got on top of the poster, nice! It was a great first show as well. Oddly enough, it was at the same warehouse that had the after party for last years moped rally “Gender Bender”. Good times.

Ruby Hornet did a great thing with releasing this “Closed Sessions Vol. 1″ EP. A great project with some nice folks backing it like Chicagoans Rhymefest and Kidz In The Hall to non-Chicagoans like Tanya Morgan, Curren$y and Bun B. At FREE.99, Why pass it up? Something about this Ti$a x MCM collab is just plain sick to me. The mocha leather, the imagery, the gold badge together are just plain dope. Here’s a second chance for you peanut heads to cop your “Mocha” fitted, if you’re willing to cough up $500. If there was an 8, there’s a good chance I might have. Holy shit!!! The Chicago Bears make a huge acquisition in the free draft by picking up DE Julius Peppers, RB Chester Taylor and TE Brandon Manumaleuna. Super surprised to see the McCaskey family shelling out some cash. Oh man, oh man, oh man! I can’t wait to see what other players are picked up. Now we just need to work on the secondary and the O-line. Maybe we can send Devin back to special teams too??? Eh???
