Jon is now fresh into his Dirty Thirties. I’ve been lucky enough to know this man since either the 1st or 2nd grade (check out this awesome 8th grade confirmation photo). Headed over to Z-Cafe for lunch the other day to take out a couple new hires, Liz and Hannah. It’s crazy how much the company is growng. Good stuff, I guess.

I FINALLY FINISHED IT!!! This is a piece(s) that will hopefully be turned into a book for a show called “Torn Pages” @ Oh No! Doom Collective next Saturday (02.13.10). The story was written by Amy Guth and is about two weiner dogs, named Willy and Whitney, and the first day that their owners bring home their newborn baby daughter “Willa.” This piece has been killing me! Hahaha. The story was cute but I discovered that I don’t like painting and illustrating the same thing over and over again. To sum it all up, I will never be a comic book illustrator. Haha.
